I’m 14 years old and when Im older I want to move to California and become a singer and or actress because it has always been a dream of mine, I would also like to be a role model for younger girls what would it take?

It takes experience, training, looks and luck.

Better you should get established as an actor in a smaller place without so many unemployed actors. LA is wall to wall with them. Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Miami and some other cities offer plenty of opportunity to get established as an actor.

   Be able to handle rejection without taking it personally. If you can do that and come back for more then you are doing fine and a little luck and talent
