		<description>Im sure there is an actual concept behind it. But i think playing a song with lyrics, makes the song more pronounced, and people would start listening to it more carefully, putting their mind to the song, which is probably not what restaurants want. Also it makes conversation more difficult.
 Or probably everyone would start listening and stop eating, preventing more customers from coming in!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>In my opinion the instrumentals are used as background music to get the customers seated and into a relaxed mood, there is always a lull in service and its advantageous to keep the music flowing, if it were a known singer performing then the customers would be distracted from their own conversations/ food and pay more attention to the song instead.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
