What are some of the greatest instrumental love songs?

I have dozens of the best love songs with words, but my girlfriend absolutely loves instrumentals and I was hoping to have a couple purely instrumental love songs for this Valentine’s Day. Any suggestions?
Figure out the ones she is most attached to and find instrumental versions of them. This has nothing to do with classical music, unless your girl loves opera or Classical Art Songs.
