I downloaded a song on limewire, and i bought a music program and i recorded my OWN voice on the instrumental, but when i upload it to myspace it gets blocked cause of copywrite. Can someone tell me how i can Download my music to myspace in this situation?

You can’t. It would still be illegal unless you have permission from the artist or record label.

   You can’t. The instrumental part doesn’t belong to you. Even if you had bought the CD, you still don’t have the right to upload the person’s music onto the web. It is legally regarded as unauthorized redistribution because the web is public
