How do I make an instrumental from an existing song? My cousin showed me this program that you can mess around with some effects, and it’ll change the song. Like, you can ‘make an instrumental’.
Anyways, my question is ‘How do I make an instrumental from an existing song? Is there a specific program where I can do it? Or is there some kind of trick to it?

learn how to do a pentatonic scale. which is key to improvising… you also have to know what key the song is in… or just have a good ear

The easiest way I can think of is if you get the "Karaoke" version of the song since its already instrumental.
