How do I get permission to use an instrumental for my mixtape?
ok, so im planning on making a mixtape with a rap that has drake and trey songz’ s instrumental. But i want to know how i can get permission to use their instrumentals if my rap will be on the radio.
u cn use it without permission if you are not makin money off of it
it’s better if you use orginal instumentals as getting permssion for mixtapes for release is
if you can get a small lable behind you they normerly pay for the release they also normerly produce beats for you to use
