Brandy – Long Distance (Album Version) WORLD PREMIERE OF BRANDY’S NEW SINGLE!!!

Posted on March 25th, 2010 by admin

It’s a full song “Long Distance” – the 2nd single off Brandy’s high anticipated album “Human”. I was in tears when i first heard it, it’s such a beautiful song.

LYRICS:
There’s only so many songs that I can sing to pass the time.
And I’m running out of things to do to get you off my mind (oh whoa).
All I have is this picture in a frame (oh ah),
that I hold close to see your face everyday.

With you is where I’d rather be,
but we’re stuck where we are.
It’s so hard, you’re so far..
This long distance is killing me.
I wish that you are here with me,
but we’re stuck where we are
it’s so hard, you’re so far.. (so hard, you’re so far..)
This long distance is killing me.

It’s so hard, it’s so hard, where we are, where we are, you’re so far.
This long distance is killing me.
It’s so hard, it’s so hard, where we are, where we are, you’re so far
(so hard, so hard, where we are, where we are, your so far).
This long distance is killing me.

Now the minutes feel like hours
and the hours feel like days.. (whoa oh whoa)
While I’m away (way-ayyyy)
You know right now I can’t be home (ahhhhhh)
But I’m coming home soon (ahhhhhh)
Coming home soon.. (ahhhhhh a hahhh)
All I have is this picture in a frame (ahhhhh),
that I hold close to see your face everyday.

With you is where i’d rather be (where I’d rather be..),
but we’re stuck where we are (oh oh).
It’s so hard, (oh ah) you’re so far.. (oh ahhh)
This long distance is killing me.
I wish that you are here with me (you are here with me),
but we’re stuck where we are (oh oh)
It’s so hard, (oh ah) you’re so far.. (oh ahhh)

Can you hear me crying?
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh (ohh-oh ohh-oh)
Can you hear me crying? (oh-oh ah!)
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh (ohh-oh ohh-oh)
Can you hear me crying? (oh-oh ah!)
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh (ohh-oh ohh-oh)
Ooooh woo whoa ah ahhhhhhh oh ahhh (oh-oh ah!)
Uh ahhh uh ahhh whoaooooohh ah (ohh-oh ohh-oh)

With you is where i’d rather be (where I’d rather be..) whoaaaa!
(but we’re stuck where we are) oh!
(it’s so hard) So hard (your so far), so far
(this long distance is killing me) This long distance is killing me
I wish that you are here with me (you are here with me) meee..
(but we’re stuck where we are) Stuck where we are! So hard! So far
This long distance is killing me

It’s so hard, it’s so hard, where we are, where we are, you’re so far.
This long distance is killing me.
It’s so hard, it’s so hard, where we are, where we are, you’re so far
(so hard, so hard, where we are, where we are, your so far).
This long distance is killing me.

There’s only so many songs that I can sing to pass the time…

————————————————————————-

The Beatles is the ninth official album by The Beatles, a double album released in 1968. It is more commonly known as The White Album as it has no text other than the band’s name (and, on the early LP and CD releases, a serial number) on its plain white sleeve, which was designed by pop artist Richard Hamilton. The album was the first The Beatles undertook following the death of their manager Brian Epstein. Originally planned to be A Doll’s House, the title was changed when the British progressive band Family released an album earlier that year bearing a similar title.

Many interpret this album as actually having no title, the words The BEATLES only being intended to indicate the group, as all Beatles albums contain this identification.

In 1997, The Beatles was named the 10th greatest album of all time in a ‘Music of the Millennium’ poll conducted by HMV, Channel 4, The Guardian and Classic FM. In 1998, Q magazine readers placed it at number 17, while in 2000 the same magazine placed it at number 7 in its list of the 100 Greatest British Albums Ever.[1] In 2001, the TV network VH1 named it as the 11th greatest album ever.[2] In 2006, the album was chosen by Time Magazine as one of the 100 best albums of all time.[3] It was ranked number 10 in Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time in 2003.[4]

According to the Recording Industry Association of America, The Beatles is The Beatles’ best-selling album at 19-times platinum and the tenth-best-selling album of all time in the United States.

What was the first pop album ever produced?

Posted on March 11th, 2010 by admin

Im doing a report on pop music and i need to know what the first ever pop album was called and maybe a couple siteds that could give me some info on pop music.

Prior to WWII, "Albums" were collections of Grammaphone-78’s in a booklet resembling a photo album, rarely more than four records to a set. The only thing that came close was an experimental 33 rpm Long-Play Grammaphone record in 1945 by Bing Crosby called Merry Christmas… obviously a collection of traditional Xmas music.

The first record-album (non grammaphone) of original material released by what could conceivably be called a Pop Artist was "The Voice of Frank Sinatra", released on 78 LP disc in 1946 and re-issued as a 33 LP in 1948.

Read up on Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra and the way that they blazed the trail for modern music. They were the first real Pop Idols. It would be interesting for your report to stress the fact that they were the template for Elvis, The Beatles, and Michael Jackson.

How can i make a compilation album of different artist to remain in the same album folder, wit iTunes 9?

Posted on February 27th, 2010 by admin

Just upgraded my iPod touch 2G to the 3.1.2 firmware, wen i sync wit iTunes 9, i noticed my compilatin albums (an album with different artist) are now scattered, before there were all in one compilation album. How can i get them to be in just that compilation album and not scattered?
I have already made them all the same Album Name

You have to re edit the song put a code ex: 001 to 050 then title and song artist, all same name in album & genre.

just right click the song & GET INFO, if wont let you do to the edit, convert them into ACC VERSION by right clicking & GET INFO again.

How to make a digital album on my computer?

Posted on February 25th, 2010 by admin

I have a digital camera with computers and photos stored in my chip.
I want to make a digital photo album on my computer but dont know how.
Its those pics where theyre not worth printing but not worth throwing out…
Is there a free software / program or something?

Picasa is pretty good. And free. (Download link below.) Very basic for editing photos, but it’s good enough for 90% of the people with cameras.

How do you get the album picture to show up on your ipod if the picture is not on itunes?

Posted on February 23rd, 2010 by admin

When certain songs play on my ipod, a gray box is displayed in place of the album cover. How can I put the right picture there?

You have to get it on itunes then sync it.

Heres how to get it on your itunes

Ok you can do it by two ways.

The easiest way
Make sure your album name is correct and right click the song on itunes. Then go into Get Album Artwork. This will then search itunes for the album and if you spelt the album right and they have the album you should get it.

Harder way.
Go into google images or yahoo images and type in the album name. Save the picture of it. Then right click the song in itunes and go into get info. It will bring up a screen and there will be little tabs at the top. Press album artwork, then you can locate the artwork in your computer

Now plug your ipod in and sync it.

Hope this helps.
