Ha ha…Maber’s answer made me think of replicants from Blade Runner.

A printer perhaps? I know that replicated paintings are sometimes called prints. Otherwise, a replicator would suffice.

I'm pretty sure the verb is "replication" but I don't know if that makes the person who does it a painting "replicator"? Not sure, I know what you're talking about but I don't know what the term is. Would your professor/teacher know?

You could use the term "copyist" in this context.

A ghost. I would probably write a story about the ghost who came back to life and reclaimed it's domain property and caused a big fuss on the world scene by making such a bold appearance.
