what i did was i looked up the same of the song in Amazon.com

In file you will see 'get info' Here you will see summary, info, video, sorting, options, lyrics and artwork. Click artwork, and then click the picture. The picture that was downloaded with limewire can be deleted with just one click on the image, pressing delete. :) Then when you find the proper image... load it up. I'm assuming that you know how to do that :) Don't forget to push ok! :) And as for the space deal.. do you have pictures on the iPod, or podcasts. Pictures and podcasts might come up as other. :) If you want to free that space up there are ways to go about doing it without having to delete em! Hope I helped you a little.
